Resale order tracker for collectibles
Trading card boxes, Funko Pops, Pop Mart blind boxes, Labubu, NeeDoh and other collectibles you buy to resell, found in your email and followed to your door.
Every drop, every inbox, one list
Connect up to 10 inboxes and Scout picks out the order confirmations, shipping emails and cancels from the stores collectors buy from: Target, Walmart, Amazon, Pokémon Center, Bandai, Topps, EQL, Funko, Pop Mart, Mattel Creations, Hasbro Pulse and Schylling (NeeDoh). It keeps going through UPS, FedEx and USPS emails to catch delays and returns.
Collectibles like NeeDoh, Funko, Labubu, Pop Mart, Smiski and Sonny Angel count as business orders at any store, even Target, Walmart and Amazon, so your resale buys never get lost among household orders.
Orders show up by stage (ordered, shipped, out for delivery, delivered), by address with Places, and by day on the Calendar, so you know which days are heavy before the boxes pile up.
Know your real cost and profit
Pair Scout with Scale and every unit that arrives becomes stock with its real cost: the order total with tax and shipping, divided by units. When it sells on eBay, Scale shows the profit after fees. Store exclusives, like Pokémon Center Elite Trainer Boxes, are kept apart from the regular versions so they don't skew market prices.
Questions
Does it catch store cancellations?
Yes. Scout tracks full and partial cancels, delivery date changes and ready-for-pickup emails, and can post them to Discord.
Which collectibles does it track?
Trading card games like Pokémon from Target, Walmart, Amazon, Pokémon Center, Bandai, Topps and EQL, plus Funko, Pop Mart and Labubu, Mattel Creations, Hasbro Pulse and NeeDoh.
Will it mix in my personal orders?
No. Scout only tracks orders from the stores it supports and skips personal stores like Temu. Anything it isn't sure about goes to Review.
